There are several different return processes at Door Controls USA. Whether you are returning a part for warranty, return for credit, core return, core purchase or a repair and return we have got you covered.

Warranty Returns

The standard warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase for parts. All parts returned under warranty will be tested in our Quality Control department, if deemed a true warranty a credit will be issued to your account.

Returning For Credit (RFC)

Stock parts that are returned for credit are subject to a 30% restock fee. Non-stock/Special Order parts are subject to a 60% restock fee. Special order/custom parts are non-returnable. Parts returned for credit need to be new, unused and in original packaging to receive credit.

Repair and Return (R&R)

Send your EXTRA NON-OWED Core to Door Controls with the RGA form marked Repair & Return using RS labels. We will repair and return the same day or replace with a like rebuilt unit.
