Door Control Services is dedicated to meeting and exceeding every customer's need day or night. Your service call is important to us and we don’t want to miss it. We cover the state of Texas, part of Arkansas and Louisiana, and we have over 20 AAADM certified service technicians to cover your automatic door needs. See our coverage map for more details.

Your service call can be placed by phone 800.356.2025, fax 877.888.5220, through our website by filling out the Service Request Form, or email service@doorcontrolservices.com.

Normal Hours
Our normal service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., not including holidays.

Emergency Contact
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.

Same Day Service
Calls placed before 12:00 p.m. will be scheduled that same day - guaranteed. Saturday service is available, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by appointment only at overtime rates, no minimum charge.
